Your application, Chiru Remote, cannot be submitted to the App Store because it uses a standard 'reply' button for an action other than that for which it is intended. Applications must adhere to the iPhone Human Interface Guidelines as outlined in iPhone SDK Agreement section 3.3.5.
The reply button is to be used to route an item to another location. Implementing standard buttons to perform other tasks will lead to user confusion. We recommend using a custom "back" button, a "done" button or another type of arrow to return to the previous screen.
We also request that you enter the exact URL of the Windows component which must be downloaded in the 'Demo Account Information' section.
Please review the System-Provided Buttons and Icons section of the iPhone Human Interface Guidelines here:

In order for your application to be reconsidered for the App Store, please resolve this issue and upload your new binary to iTunes Connect.
Sincerely,
iPhone Developer Program

Your application, Skin Remote, cannot be posted to the App Store at this time because it does not achieve the core functionality described in your marketing materials, or release notes. Applications must adhere to the iPhone Human Interface Guidelines as outlined in iPhone SDK Agreement section 3.3.5.
The review team was unable to install the Skin Remote.exe file. While it could be downloaded from your website, the application would not open - this prevented the full review of the app. The review system used was Windows XP SP2.
In order for your application to be reconsidered for the App Store, please resolve this issue and upload your new binary to iTunes Connect. Please verify which Windows operating system this application was intended for.

Thank you for submitting Skin Remote to the App Store. We've reviewed Skin Remote and determined that we cannot post this version of your iPhone application to the App Store because of the trademarked Apple iPod Click Wheel in your large and small icons. We want to remind you of the importance of following Apple's posted Guidelines for Using Apple's Trademarks and Copyrights: <
http://www.apple.com/legal/trademark/guidelinesfor3rdparties.html>.
If you believe that you can make the necessary changes so that Skin Remote does not infringe on Apple trademarks, we encourage you to do so and resubmit it for review.

Applications must adhere to the iPhone Human Interface Guidelines as outlined in iPhone SDK Agreement section 3.3.5.
The desktop application was unable to install on Windows XP as described in your demo account notes. Following the directions you provided, applications were installed in the following order:
1.Downloaded and installed english version to PC:
English Version
http://blog.smoon.kr/attachment/494cf2c1994acBV.zip
2. Downloaded and ran VBRun to PC since Skin Remote app did not seem to install:
http://blog.smoon.kr/attachment/ik10.exe
The desktop Skin Remote application icon could not be seen in the tray located in the lower right hand side of the Windows XP desktop. Additionally, there was no green or gray arrow. The desktop application did not install, and when the iPhone application was launched, it could not find a PC server to connect to.
We also noticed that the small bundle icon does not match your large icon. This might be confusing to users.
iTunes Connect Users Guide, pg 27
C) Large Icon (512x512)
The small (57x57) icon that you include inside the binary will be used on the home screen, and the App Store when viewed from the iPod touch and iPhone. The large icon will be used to feature your application on the iTunes App Store.
In order for your application to be reconsidered for the App Store, please resolve these issues and upload your new binary to iTunes Connect.
